Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or, at most, by the end of the following year.
From 20 days before arrival up to no-show: the deposit will be forfeited.
For the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate: in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged

Arrival, No-Show:
Arrival must take place on the scheduled date after 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, identity documents for all persons staying in the room must be presented for registration.
In case of delay, the guest must promptly notify the Hotel; otherwise, the room will be held until 10:00 AM the following day, after which the Hotel will be free to rent it to other guests.

Early Departure:
In the event that a guest departs earlier than agreed upon (excluding cases of documented force majeure), the hotelier may require the guest to pay for the full duration of the stay as per the booking (except in cases where fault is attributable to the hotelier or their staff), minus the cost of any meals not consumed.

Price Calculation:
Discounts (for persons sharing a room with 2 full-paying adults, including a crib or baby bed for children):
100% for children from 0 to 2.99 years old | 50% for children from 3 to 5.99 years old | 30% for children from 6 to 13.99 years old | 15% for the third person from 14 years and older.

• Daily cleaning with change of beach towels, bed linens, and bath towels

• Europa Card: discount card for Bibione Thermae, restaurants, shops, and various activities

Tourist tax: the tourist tax of €2.25 per person, per night, is not included, applicable to all guests aged 4 and over, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of the management
Extra Breakfast "Free Service": €20.00
Extra Soft All-Inclusive (including drinks): €40.00

Pets: Pets are not allowed

In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to transfer the booking, either partially or in full, to one of our similar properties under the same price conditions and with the same services.
